Funnel Cake World

Today was our last full day with Jorja and we enjoyed every second of it. Jorja spent time doing her home mtc, then she was able to say good-bye to her friend Eliza.

Once Jorja's classes were over for the day, we went down to Provo to try an escape room. We really needed Stockton for this one. This room had only a 20% success rate. I picked it because it had a slide and I thought that would be so fun! The slide said only 14 years old and under. BOOOOOOO! We almost finished this room, but it really needed more than 5 people. It was still fun though.

We drowned our sorrows at Funnel Cake World. Just kidding, we were having a great time. And how can you not love a place called Funnel Cake World? It was just as delicious as you would imagine.

Oh! One random side note. Maysen gave Stockton and Alyssa her old block meal card she had. They tried it out to see if there were any meals left on it. There were seven left. Score! Glad Maysen kept it all these years.

Good-bye Ella

Jorja said good-bye to Ella today. Mike, Maysen, Preston and I all went to San Francisco Sour Dough Pizza. Jorja couldn't come because she was in class. We brought her home some though. It was really good. Mike spilled sauce on his yellow shirt and said, "Oh no! I spilled ketchup on my mustard colored shirt!" Which is a Goldberg reference and made me laugh.

Jorja's correct name spelling missionary plaque was up at church. Unfortunately Joshua is still spelled wrong. Ugh. Right now I'm thinking we just leave it. Kind of embarrassing though.

Stockton and Alyssa went back to Logan after we finished taking the family pictures at the temple. I'm glad they were able to make it down for this. They had to say good-bye to her until 2024. Sad, but so proud of Jorja!

Jorja had a zoom fireside tonight with everyone in the home MTC. She was able to see some of her friends, even ones going to different missions.
