My dad has been helping us out a ton lately. He has done a lot of drywalling and sanding. When Dad wants a break, he comes upstairs and gets a Nesquik Chocolate Push-Pop. The second he is finished with it, he drinks Ruby Red (grapefruit juice) as fast as he can. GROSS! Dad says it wakes him up. I bet it does.
