We are now finally married to our house! It wasn't an elaborate, well thought out wedding...more like a sudden elopement. Little fanfare, but we are IN! Mike Fronk, the carpet guy, called this morning with the news that our carpet was back ordered. Apparently January is the worse month to buy a ton of carpet. Mike knew we wanted to move in this weekend, so he sent someone over today to put in temporary carpet in the two upstairs rooms. We have the kids all sleeping in one room, and have started setting up their computers in the other. Mike and I got all the bed frames out of the storage unit last weekend. Too bad we can't find the bolts to hook them together. They are probably with the cords to the electric blankets. We are good like that.
First night. LOVE all the Grandma Parry blankets.

Haha! That is so funny how your dad said "No, not Matt!" Did he tell you why? It's because Matt puts the plaster on too thick, and it takes so much longer to sand it off...haha! Oh Matt, gotta love him! Glad you guys were able to finally move into your new place! What are you going to do when the carpet comes in? Move everything back out?
Yep. We only have carpet in the upstairs two rooms, so it won't be a huge deal. We are just glad we can be here at last!
