From Maysen

At the beginning of the year

I struggled a little bit,

But by working hard I've met loose ends

And made the pieces fit.

Now math is easy as 1-2-3,

But science was a drag like gravity.

English is superb,

Francais, c'est bon,

But I think I've a right to be glad we're almost done.

Art has been colorful in more ways than one,

Gym's still a pain in my side, but volleyball is fun.

I guess I could say knowledge has made me rich

(Though even the thought of Health is bound to make me itch!)

I've worked hard this year and my grades are rather high

I'm glad I have had you as the year has gone by.
