We spent today getting ready for our cruise! It was awesome to leave at 10:00 at night. We were able to get everything packed and the house mostly clean. Everything except the playroom. It will be nice to come home to a clean house. Love that!

The kids were so cute at the airport! They are so excited about going on the cruise. Everyone was perfectly behaved. That sure makes traveling easier!

They love their new headphones! We put them to good use!

We had quite a scare when we got to Detroit. Our flight was early, so we were feeling pretty good. As we were riding the train to our next gate Mike got a text message from Delta saying our flight was delayed and we needed to reschedule our flight. What? Yikes! Mike looked at the choices. Not one would get us to Florida before our ship left. We were so nervous! Once we got to our scheduled gate we noticed that our flight was still planning on leaving. Awesome, but at the same time, what? Why did Delta tell us to reschedule? Turns out our flight is actually delayed by 8 minutes. The texts are automatically generated. What a horrible feature! I am so glad that none of the flights worked for us. What if one could possible work so Mike touched the button to reschedule, only to find out that the flight we wanted was here . . . and now we are stuck in Detroit with the possibility of missing the cruise. SO GLAD that didn't happen. Delta can sure be weird.
