MagiQuest Wisconsin

We made it to Wisconsin! These next two days are what the kids are what the kids are most excited about on this trip. Too bad they will be at the beginning! We stopped today at Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we went straight to the MagiQuest. We played that for a few hours until we decided to head out and find some lunch. There was a place named Buffalo Phils close enough to walk to. Our food and drinks were brought to us on a train. Kind of fun. Thomas the Tank Engine was playing on some of the TVs with the sound off. The kids thought that was hilarious. Stockton called them Suicidal Trains because without the sound that show is completely disturbing.

After lunch we were able to get to our room and then head to the watermark! Preston was tall enough to ride all the slides! We went straight for the Tornado. We had to carry up the tubes. They were heavy! I'm pretty sure in Virginia the tubes for this slide were on a conveyer belt. I can't remember Washington, but I don't remember ever having to carry up such a heavy tube before. Stockton, Jorja, Preston and I all went down together. I wish I had a video of Preston's face! (Later we realized we packed the GoPro for this.....Drat!) Anyways, Preston's face was filled with terror! About half way down he said, "Am I upside down?" Haha! Once the ride was over he commented on how short the ride was. We rode that ride many times. Preston loved it! We stayed in the park until 9:00 when we were kicked off. Jorja was the last one to do the frog hop. She finally made it across standing up without holding onto anything. We then left the watermark and headed back to MagiQuest. That was open until 11:00. We stayed until the bitter end of that too. The kids had a great time!
