Gateway Arch

On the way home, we stopped by the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. It took longer than we expected, but I'm glad we stopped by.

In order to get to the top of the arch, you have to ride these little space age looking elevator tubes. It seats five, so our entire family was able to get in. (Preston was on my lap). At the top, there are tiny windows that you can look out of. The ride up was so funny because Mike did not like it! I didn't realize how much he didn't like heights. Maysen and I got such a kick out of it.
