CORN! CORN!

Back to school again! Jorja left early because student government was holding the doors open for people. Hope she had a good day being back. Maysen went to Melissa's today. Melissa, Erica and Maysen are doing a writing group, or something like that. Maysen said she had a good time. Maysen and I went to the library later and then shopping to restock our fridge. Jorja made dinner today. Swiss cheese chicken. It was great. We are going to try to do something as a family on Mondays. We let that get away with us for years with various kids activities. Going to try and be better about it this year. Today we played Mario Party together. It was fun! Maysen and I won, quite proud of that.

Stockton called today. Five more p-days, including this one! Yay! After I talked to him I was searching for something for Rachel. She sent me a text that said, "Hey did you have a picture of Stockton in that porn essay Marie wrote him?" Immediately after she sent that she sent another text that said, "CORN! CORN!" Hahahahahahaha Marie sent Stockton an essay she wrote on corn. Stockton loved it and hung it on his wall. She DID NOT send him an essay she wrote about him in porn. Hahahahaha 

Anyway, while I was searching to see if I could find a picture of the corn essay, I found that Stockton had sent me an email on Christmas that I totally missed! I couldn't believe it! He must have sent it while I was driving up to the cabin. When I talked to him the Monday after my birthday I didn't even mention it. I sent him a text today and he was able to call again and we were able to talk about what he had written. Also, this picture came through today. When he takes pictures they get sent to google photos. The problem is they don't get there instantly. I check the photos all the time, because it's fun, but there will be long stretches with nothing, then all of a sudden a weeks worth of pictures are there. Anyway, I was looking there today and look what I saw. Man how I wish this would have come through when he took it!
