Jorja had an eye appointment today. This time she had therapy and an evaluation with the doctor. On our way there she found out some interesting FSY news. They had asked Jorja if she would be one of the travel counselors during the Utah State sessions. She would ride on the bus with the kids from a stake center to Utah State. She would get an extra $40 if she did this. She told them she would. One the way to the eye appointment she found out she has to be at the airport at 6:30 Saturday morning and FLY to Boise. She then stays two days in a hotel and rides the bus from Boise to Logan Monday morning. Saturday she will ride the bus back to Boise, stay two more days in a hotel and ride the bus back down Monday. The next Saturday she will ride the bus back to Boise and fly back to Utah. She will get in Saturday night and then need to be at Provo on Sunday. All for a total of 80 extra dollars. Jorja was not too happy.
Jorja's eyes are better than when she started therapy, but she still has a ways to go. I am glad she will be able to work with Dr. Davies until September. She will desperately need that!
