I took Preston to diving today. He did a flip for the first time! Well, the first time in a long time, so it feels like the first time. He has been scared to do this. I'm pretty sure this is the first time he has done one for Ted. The great thing was on his second attempt he did a back flop. The old Preston would have been sad and refused to dive the rest of the class. Not this Preston. He got right back there and tried again. I couldn't believe it! My baby is growing up!

Jorja had lacrosse practice today. Luckily she was able to get a ride from someone. Mike picked her up after practice and they got stuff so she could ask Riley to the Halloween dance.

Riley was cute and texted Jorja a message thanking her for asking him. Jorja found a group to go with and one of the other girls asked one of Riley's best friends. I think all the girls in that group asked boys who are really good friends with each other, so this should be fun for all of them.
